Respiratory Therapy Clinical Education Coordinator

Washburn University’s Department of Allied Health invites applications for 12 month non-tenure track position as coordinator of clinical education in respiratory therapy beginning May 2013.  QUALIFICATIONS:  Baccalaureate degree; Registered Respiratory Therapist; licensed with Kansas State Board of Healing Arts or eligible for licensure; 4 years clinical experience, with at least 2 years teaching in an accredited respiratory care program either as an appointed faculty member or as a clinical instructor of a respiratory therapy student at one of the sites used for training is required.  PREFERRED:  Master’s degree.  RESPONSIBILITIES:  teach assigned classes, plan clinical curriculum, advise/recruit students.  Reports to the Department Chair of Allied Health
